Here lately I’ve been discovering many art blogs and online portfolios on tumblr. I’ve been inspired by different styles, perspectives and innovative methods…I don’t know yet if I’ll share my drawings or not….but I feel a need to take up drawing again. I think I can learn from the many artists…
A few months back, I was confronted with the question, Why Do You Write?It was on a writers’ website which I had just joined. I wrote up a bio and list of favorite authors and books for my Profile. And then came to the question “Why do you write?”
Which always stumps me.
Because, if you’re not…
a sigh and a twinge
heavy sigh…you know the one i mean..?..when your not doing what you want to be doing, and could be doing. your cue is that sigh. funny how we all know it. funny how i ignore it; dig my heels in kick the mud like a child still fighting instinct with programmed reason. i am free to explore all this, and yet when i do i get that twinge…you know the one i mean..?..
